What an intro Wendy!
Switch one game on every shelf
I agree Hungry Monkey is a fun card game.
Looking forward to the Halloween list. Last years(or maybe it was the year before that) list, was probably in my top 10 dice tower top 10 lists.😅
I have no interest in any tournament play for board games. I have played in a few little ones, like at the Dice Tower Con where you would just win the game and I'm ok with those. But I played in one at GenCon (King of Tokyo) where my first game was against another player and then a couple, and of course the couple teamed up to make sure one of them would win, not fun. I play games for fun, they're games. I don't play them to satisfy some competitive compulsion, or to prove I'm the best. Some people will game the games, find loopholes, or flat out cheat, and basically make the game not fun for anyone else just so they can win, especially when money is on the line, no thanks.
That was a fun Top 10 list. Although I would guess that both Camilla and Tom are so in-tune with there respective items (Machetes/hats). That they would instantly know if something was touched or moved. Like a Dragon to their Gold Horde. Not sure what Tom would do, but I am sure Camilla would show you how sharp the machetes really are. 🙂 In which case, no Hide & Seek spot would be safe. 🙂
I didn’t realize there were cars with one pedal. But it explains some of the weird driving on the road. Maybe some drivers need an extra test on their driving exam. 😂
The only tournaments I was involved in was Exploding Kittens at PAXU. My daughter likes entering them, so I would do them just to pass the time. She always gets a fun table. I get a table full of people that have figured out all the Exploding Kitten strategies. No fun. No smiles. No banter. But last time I did get a table with someone that just wanted to trash talk everyone else. I hit my mental limit with him when he asked to redo his turn because he gave away a Nope and then used the Nope to stop from losing it, all while laughing maniacally. I was so happy when he got taken out, and I normally don't take joy in that.
Some feedback. The Purge Reviews guy's audio always has SO much treble in it that it hurts my ears, and I skip his segment. I've been skipping his segment for what seems like years. I humbly suggest he get a different mic, or figure out a solution otherwise. I know I'm not the only one that notices this. Thanks!
Oh wow… I specifically remember watching that Agricola bits upgrade video back when it was new! O_o Holy smokes that was a long time ago! lol
All the segments are lovely!!! So glad to see 2 play or not 2 play!! I just got wandering towers and I can't wait to play it again!!!
