The amount of incredible news in this episode is staggering. Any one of these stories would be a BLOCKBUSTER, but we had FOUR in one week:
1. Upper Deck sues Designer and Ravensburger over Disney Lorcana
2. $2,000,000 offered for “The One Ring (001/001)” MtG:LotR card
3. Embracer announces layoffs and significant business model change
4. Heroscape is BACK again!

Hey, I heard something about how your "Ticket to Ride LEGACY" unboxing video that has received over 7000 views in under 1 week? Is that true?
i can hear corey on youtube live.
Was trying to figure out what "Buy d*ng nothing" meant.
If I got the One Ring, I would play with it against strangers to share the love. Then do a live video and destroy it in Mordor.
On Gloomhaven 2. I know a few people who play the Steam version and don't own the board game. I don't know if this is a target audience or not?
Around 18:10 you are not off by THAT much. Ravensburger had a revenue of 598 million EUR in 2022 (about 648 million USD). Disney had about 82 billion in 2021 (latest numbers I could find). So about 126 times as much as Ravensburger.
For the second part of the claim, we would have to pick an average company in the hobby game industry. Let us take the totally random Stronghold games as an example. I couldn't find much data, but one site (which still lists Stephen as the CEO) listed it as 5.6 million USD. Which is about 1/115th of Ravenburger's revenue. So, both are within an order of magnitude of 100, and off by just 25% / 15% from the 100 you plucked out of thin air 🙂
Was skipping to find the embracer bit and couldn't 😅
