I'm making plans to go to New Zealand later this year and this series has really given me ideas for more things to do when I get there.
I wonder why Adam and Ben didn't use both curses in the same time, as basically it would have meant that Sam and Toby would have been frozen for 3 hours straight as they would have had to sign a song with full of 'e's. Ah well… Unsless such a loophole was not allowed

I tried, but there is just not quite enough resolution to make up the QR Code on the side of the step they sit on at the fairy.
Believe it or not in 2024 New Zealand would have a second North Island to South Island connection. its would be from Porirua to Nelson. it's more then twice the distance but it would have put you farther ahead. and it means the other team would have to cross the mountains

What I love about this show is how competitive both teams are. It's a fun game where they came up with the rules, but they really do take it seriously and just seeing the look on Ben and Adam's face when they are a little behind,Or Sam urgently trying to make sure him and Toby don't speak sucks you into the game and wanna root for a team.
I hope in future games they add a third team to spice things up and cause more chaos and urgency

rigged game. Sam and Toby got literally no advantage for all the hard work of making the 1pm ferry. Scam game
Kaiarahi (the ship Sam & Toby was on) means "to lead or leader"
Aratere (Adam & Ben's ship) means "quick path"
Adam and Ben actually got on the fastest ferry out of all of them as Aratere has a "double linkspan" which allows a much faster loading/unloading of the vessel, while Kaiarahi has only a single linkspan and two car decks where the lower car deck has to be emptied out first, before the ramp from the upper deck can be lowered to allow the upper deck to disembark. Kaiarahi also often has problems with the doors. xD
Obviously haven't seen the next episode (I know I really should subscribe) but found it weird Sam thought it was strange Ben and Adam didn't follow them after Picton.
Ben and Adam would generate zero coins and might be stuck behind endless roadblocks …unless Sam and Toby got stuck in a challenge and allowed the other team to vastly catch up and overtake. Okay maybe Sam was right to question them going the opposite way afterall. 😆

I don’t know why sam things the Adam and Bens Route Choice is Bold, it seems quite sensible they wont be Stuck doing the Fish Challenge if sam and Toby Veto it and if not Vetoed sam and toby could roadblock them into oblivion with all those coins.

I would love to see a part 2 of turning a land mass into a board game, but instead of one country many do all of Western Europe. You could also include powerups where you get to take a plane or something to get further down the board.

The ripple effects of the "roll a die" curse in episode 3 costing Adam and Ben the Volcano challenge in Episode 4 are still being felt as their attempts to catch up are only NOW paying off, and all they have to show for it are a Nerd Bullet and 5 coins
