  1. These videos are GREAT to look forward to each month! Chaz, I hope your Monday starts off like a warm Canadian smile….(but not like the diabolical one Rodney gave when he shoved you in the time machine and you got lost for eons and grew a really long beard). Like, the friendly kind of smile he gives to everybody else. XD XD XD

  2. Lots of great information and new games, good fun! Thanks for the funny lines!

  3. With a simplified Terra Mystica and now Spirit Island could this be the new trend? I hope so. I'd love more approachable versions of those more hardcore games.

  4. Is anyone else getting annoyed with the 3 month early preview of a Kickstart?

  5. Told you that you are all influencers, you mention something, people check it out and they gain momenten that gets people curious and buying 🥰

  6. I have heard that OAT is going to be part of a series of related games. BARLEY and RYE are other ones in possible development.

  7. Tribes of the Wind, not a game about getting groups of people to eat lots of beans then? 😉

  8. Ruth, a fast-paced, exciting press-your-luck style dice game where Moabite women in Judah must compete for the affections of Boaz!

  9. Chaz, are you tripping on your own alliterations again? Chaz? Chaz, are you tripping, Chaz?

  10. Can't wait to play the next villainous game. I love the system and gameplay.

  11. Oh, Chaz. All that forced alliteration has finally caught up with you and caused you to experience oral muscle spasms. Please take care of yourself. 😉Also, you failed to mention the fourth game from Leader Games, Forth!

  12. Tribes of the Wind reminds me of Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. Great film!

  13. Great video! I picked up Ahoy at GenCon, and I’m excited to get it on the table.

  14. Is someone of the watch it played crew in essen this year? And if the answer is yes, can a fan of the channel meet up with them?

  15. That is the best palpatine impression I've ever heard

  16. Alliterative wizardry on a par with that of the great 19th century poet G.M Hopkins (Genetically Modified? Parents can be so thoughtless); keep it up, Chaz!

  17. I think Revive is the first game I have heard of that is post-apocalyptic but you're not fighting. I like it!!!

  18. Ah yes, Oats, the amazing set collection, hand management, auction game. Still think Brown Sugar is an OP card. Excited for the Craisins Expansion.

  19. I was thiiiis close to commenting "This episode is beginning to feel like Chaz' slow descent into madness…" but then I got stuck pondering whether one can actually "descend" to a level at which one is already situated?

  20. You all right, mate? Certainly had me chuckling away.

  21. Hey! Cool! Last month I backed Euthia and bought both Beyond the Sun (amazing gameplay!) AND Barrage (so much depth!).

I kinda feel like I helped to make this episode possible.

You are and will always be my Emperor, Chaz! 🙂

  22. Just a suggestion. Any thought of adding the weight to the stats shown in the bottom left. I often find the weight score helps. No way I'm getting anything higher than a 4 to the family table 😂.

  23. Beyond the Sun had a flash sale on Amazon? I picked it up on Nerdz Day for under $40 last month. I wonder if that sale had anything to do with the bump.

  24. I’m looking forward to AHOOT and ROY from Leder Games!

  25. Ruth and Oats was the first failed attempt at pop music fame that fell apart when John’s mom decided that she wasn’t that into playing the Keytar.

  26. I wasn't going to back Euthia but since it can help me pay my electric bills on time, I am all in!

  27. You've got to give it to Target. They aren't just making deals for more Monopoly rethemes. They're really curating a market for games somewhere between entry-level and medium-weight games. Planted by Phil Walker Harding, Pan Am, Ares Expedition, Trails, Spirit Island 2, one of the Horrifieds (?). It's like they're going to publishers and saying, "We want this game, but a little easier.", which means they know enough about the hobby to know which games need easier versions.

  28. Regarding #1: I rather call it "Burning Forest" 😀
