  1. Wait… so if I have a cavalry unit… I have to roll 5 dice?….

  2. Seinfeld brought me here. It took me almost 30yrs but now I know.

  3. I’m just here bc of Malcolm in the middle

  4. I just realized I've been playing the game wrong lmao

  5. Have 5 players
Before the game talk to one of the players making a pack and tell they to take South Ameria and meet you in Africa. Now you take Australia and meet in Africa. Before the other 3 players will know whats going on you will own 1/2 the world ! CONQUER the weakest player. The other remaining player will join forces . Go after the weakest player. If you go 1st and 2nd or 1st and 3rd World is yours

  6. Awful strategy by orange, never go with New Guinea. You can make it a war of attrition, but you will lose eventually.

If you controlled Alaska and Russia you were in a good position.

  7. Have you ever wondered why there is no New Zealand on the Risk map?

  8. What's the.point of calvary and artillery? How do you use them?

  9. This game introduced me to the world of strategy games

  10. Does anyone up here have their own house rules?

  11. It looks like a fun game,
Today I played kolonists of Catan, and I added extra possibilities : the option to build "barracks" so players could place "knights" via the existing knight cards and with the diffrence to first build barracks, later ye could build (barracks required) heavy weapons factory, to build armor etc., I did not manage to play long enough to come up with a mechanism to use these, I only succeeded to rob other player of resource cards, or militarily block acces to resources with the barracks and knights. I was thinking of activating a " battle dice" like mechanism once armor was on the board, I knew the game risk but never investigated it, I decided to look it up and now know they have a "battle dice" mechanism , if boath games are in posession it would be fun to use the pieces of risk on the catan board when heavy weapons factory is build so players could wage war, still thinking it out though 🤔

  12. questions how does attacking with calvaries and artilleries work? if they get defeated do they turn into how many troops are left? and lastly can you use sea lines to move troops (like move from south america to africa) to attack?

  13. Why does everyone always cover the advanced version and never the standard one which is much more family friendly.

  14. wait uh what happens if the defender got one more troop than the attacker

  15. What's the second best game next to this one that's similar?

  16. What is this intro song from? It's killing me that I can't place it

  17. The final example this video gives is wrong. You can't attack from a territory with only one troop in it because if you won you don't have a troop to move into the attacked territory gained. Your territories always have to have at least one troop in them. Agree? It's been a long time since I've played and I'm trying to refresh how to play it again.

  18. Australia is always the best to have because you get two men but there's only one way in. US is great too because you get 5 men and it only has 3 borders to defend.

  19. Here in Brazil we have the game called war that IS THE imitation of risk.

  20. How does one battle with the cav and cannon? are they worth more in a battle? the rules kind of skip over using them?

  21. QUESTION: If the attacker attacks with 3 and the defender defend with 1. Then the defender wins the higher roll, does the whole 3 attackers die? Or just 1 attacker?

  22. You can play this game without the cards, as the cards are a new addition to this game.

  23. My all time favorite board game with monopoly second

  24. Hi I have a question, what if 4 troops attack 3 troops, because there is only 5 die
