It's a fallacy that boardgames can't leverage graphica to sell.
Most miniature games out there sell on miniatures alone, with crap ass gameplay as an afterthought.

Okay I feel like I'm late to the party, but this is amazing.
The mechanic of it being a co-op dungeon crawl up until you find the item at the end is very similar to an oop board game called Dungeon Run, was always a bit of fun.

Why dont you convert it into a digital board game? for tablet or touchscreen devices?
board games are not extremely expensive… Some are expensive but it's only the biggest ones with hundreds of hours of content, most board games are 20-60$ which is exactly the same as video games.

in our country (slovakia) or other countries in europe we have a very similar game called "karak"
its not a popular game but its really good and the people who made it were also a couple of people who wanted to make a board game and made it happen
