  1. Wait! What? Battle for the Arctic Circle is 1-5 players? Axis and Allies solo? Hope we get more info on that game soon.

  2. I really enjoyed the GIJoe TCG. It was simple but actually a lot of fun.

  3. Thanks for the rundown, Chaz. G.I. Joe is one of my top 2 favorite IPs (it and Star Wars like to flip flop at the top).

I've played the RPG, and had fun with it. I think it's more complicated than it needs to be, however. The deck building game is fun, too, despite the poor rulebook.

I'd love to get into Mission Critical, but I'm focusing on the Classified action figures, instead. It is such a great line of figures.

I think Flash was my first Joe, too. Either him or Short-Fuse. My memory is a bit fuzzy from 40 years ago. 😋

  4. The board for the first game is based on the stories from the first issue of the G.I. Joe Marvel comic book written by Larry Hama, "Operation: Lady Doomsday" and "Hot Potato." Cobra Island, like its successor, is in the Caribbean, and Cobra used an old Spanish fort. The Dessert Kingdom is the fictional Middle Eastern country of Trucial Abysmia. The Pentagon is where Generals Austin and Flagg observe the G.I. Joe team during the mission. The G.I. Joe headquarters, known as the Pit, is underground of the motor pool of the Chaplain's Assistants School at Fort Wadsworth in Staten Island.

  5. Wow Chaz!!!! What an amazing guide that's full of tons & tons of research and planning. I can only imagine how much work went on behind the scenes….As I've gotten older, I've found I love giving gifts on my birthday, and this is my big 4-0!! I hope this helps encourage the team a lil bit. ^_^ Thanks for all you do to give us an incredible gaming experience, awesome gaming community, and, best of all, your cool & zany selves. Love you all. <3

  6. Wow! Thank you Chaz, there are a lot of following all these games thanks for the complete rundown. I am particularly enjoying the RPG right now.

  7. The Commando Attack Game was my favourite game in the world for years. It was soooo good.

  8. I also had one that had two little missile shooters attached to spring loaded bases, and when you hit the other person's base it would blow up (aka an elastic band would make a bit of cardboard fall sideways). It was pretty rad.

  9. The support person throwing in boxes and trying to show case some expansion, failure to slide in, failing to catch the slide out all of that had me laughing.. at this point i just wanted to see what chaotic event going to happen and didnt care about the games 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  10. Who is the person behind all those great board game animations. Would love to see his name in credits.

  11. When the honorable mentions look better than the featured…

  12. Hey kid, I'm a computer! STOP ALL THE DOWNLOADING

  13. Excellent stuff as always Chaz. Beacon Patrol looks interesting. I'm now eagerly awaiting the WiP livestream of My Little Pony Vs Cobra 😉😃

  14. Found it! For those playing "spot the appropriately placed, unenthused-sounding 'yay' in the video", it happens at 16:00

  15. Nice to see a video of yours again!!

  16. Ouch ouch ouch! I just jabbed my iPad so hard on this videos thumbnail I almost injured myself!! Literally watching the opening now! Yo Joe!!

  17. My wallet is begging for mercy. I give it no such relief 😍 Can't wait to see the latest game picks!

  18. Wow, what a fantastic overview of all our G.I. JOE games! Thanks, Chaz for spreading the Joe love!

  19. Chaz, NO! I've seen what happens when you "fix" a light!

  20. Yes! A fellow GIJoe tabletop lover & Classified Collector!
I still feel like a dungeon crawl type Imperial Assault style game would be perfect for this brand.

  21. cangaceiros are the brazilian cowboys.

  22. The GI Joe DBG is one of my avsolute favorite games right now

  23. Great video! Always love the Buyer’s Guide!

  24. Would it be possible that you add bgg links to the presented games in the description?

  25. Oh my goodness-two of my son’s favorites. GI Joe and Axis Allies.

  26. Why so much alliteration? Did you previously work for a trashy tabloid newspaper?

  27. I die laughing: "Because what child's adventure fantasys don't include a tour of the U.S. gouverment's department of defense building." Love it!

  28. Kind of surprising there isn't a modern skirmish game for GI Joe.

  29. Oh, man. I think Flash was my first G.I. Joe too.

  30. GI Joe will always have a place in my heart. That segment made me happy.

What also made me happy was the closed captioning text of “Chai Joe”, as I’m watching this next to my wife who doesn’t want to hear the audio.

  31. When I was little, I only had the usual old games and no cool GI Joe games like you had, but I had the Barbie doll and my brother had G.I. Joe, and they used to ride together up and down our apartment hallway in his jeep.

  32. The video Chaz has been preparing for his whole life
