@That Junkman I suppose that anyone can interpret the box art for those board games however they wish. Pincus Leff AKA "Pinky Lee" (1907 to 1993). Was an American comic and actor who is best known as the host of the children's television program (The Pinky Lee Show)…That ran from 1954 through 1956 right before the children's classic “Howdy Doody.” On the half-hour show, Lee would don his signature (checkered coat and rolled-brim hat). He sang, danced and told stories. And would introduce himself with the singsong, "Yoo Hoo, It's Me!" Lee's children's TV program would go on to spawn imitators such as "Pee-Wee's Playhouse"."The Green Ghost" board game was first released in 1965 the movie "The Blob" came out in 1958. The Green Ghost board game was more than likely inspired by "Casper the friendly Ghost". Besides, the Blob was an amoeboidal extra-terrestrial creature. Not a Ghost! And no, "The Outer Limits" was not a rip-off of the "The Twilight Zone". Obviously it was created to capitalize on the success of The Twilight Zone. However, The Outer Limits put a much greater emphasis on Science Fiction stories. Wheren in which "The Twilight Zone" was more diverse with stories of not just Science Fiction…But also (fantasy and the supernatural). (The Beatles, Flip Your Wig bord game) consists of rolling a die to move your band member(John, Paul, George, or Ringo). To a new space which may instruct the player to draw one of two different types of cards, steal a card from one or more other players, or lose a card. Play continues until one player wins the game by collecting the four cards corresponding to the "Beatle" that they are playing.
Had Hogan Heroes, Candyland, Chutes and Ladders.
Uncle Wiggly is pretty bizarre
I was lookin through eBay for board games I collect and came across one called Fatso. There’s a game you aren’t ever seeing coming back. I haven’t heard anyone say fatso in over a decade.
These remind me of the game Don't Whiz on The Electric Fence on Ren and Stimpy Show.
There's a recent game called Don't Step in It which seems like it was designed for foot and scat fetishists.
I remember when my maternal grandmother visited and she wanted to play Rack-O. I was a little kid then and would often cry to get my way, so when I wasn't feeling like playing Rack-O she imitated me by crying about how she wanted me to paly Rack-O, but it worked.
I had Ring Toss. It had slotted wooden planks to set up as a target, and the rings were made out of rope with a red or blue wooden knob so that you could tell at a glance who had hit the target more. I was too little to be any good at it.
You didn't have Snow day! It may have been Canadian but it had obstacles with drunken hockey players and over-helpful neighbors 😂
Rolling down the street in my 64
Funny Finger sounds very suspect as well as the tagline on the box for the game itself. Feely Meely is also pretty questionable as well and I remember this board game being one of the cursed objects from the Conjuring movies.
Most of those games look like they deserve to be forgotten.
I don't know anyone playing bridge today, but I saw it on TV.
My uncle still has the original version of the game Touch and Giggle. He used to play it with the neighborhood kids in his custom built secret room his basement.
Dang, some of that is whack!
How did you miss "Mystery Date"?! My buddy's sister was ALWAYS demanding we play that.
I like the "Don't Touch Me" AI picture. 🙂
That girl's hand was the same size as her dad's hand and had six fingers. 🙂
There's a game where you have to put something in your mouth to that holds your mouth open and shows your teeth.
I'm guessing you have to say stuff with it in your mouth ..
It looks and sounds really, really awkward time.
I'm definitely NOT playing THAT.
Thanks for the video
JUNKMAN you got to find this game that was at my Memaw's house and i can't find it anywhere. I been begging toy channels to help for years. It was a metal board game base about 9 inch by 12 inch rectangle with a flicker spring on each end. It had little weighted bottom beans like Weebles but smaller. White on top and red or blue on the bottom. Running across the board were oversized plastic golf tees of different heights. The tallest in the middle, stair stepping down towards each player on each end of the board. You put the bean on the flicker and make it jump like a tiddlywink and land on the golf tee. They had different scores for each tee..
Playees Haallpp!
Yeah it's weird
Have to say my fav game as a kid has to be Candy Land. Ya gave me a few lol’s with those “perverted” 60’s games!!
I remember bored games
Pinky lee had me cracking up 😂😅 yeah that was some rough name board games
One of your funniest videos yet ! I had the Green Ghost glow in the dark game late 60's..fun for about 5 minutes. Also I had the Air Trix game in the early 70's. It was kind of fun trying to get a ping pong ball with an air gun through a maze. Which Witch ? was fun too, early 70's
2:50// i bet sally could do the dishes in less than 2 minutes. wash the car in less than 10 chores and beat that clock
I still play Beat the C…
Oh, that game you showed had an "L" in it.
Junkman your the best and never fail to make my ass laugh so hard. 😂 "You put the bored in board games…"Mama and daughter in the background doing dishes! Look at em!! "
Love all your videos and always anxiously await new ones ❤ Great shirt as well.
board games are a sore spot for me… back in the day I had a lot of them but my parents didn't allow me to have friends in the house to play. yeah, it sucked… good video though.
Knock nock, who’s there? Amy Fischer, Amy Fischer, who? Bang!
Don't touch me! 😅🤣😂
Classic stuff, gotta do a follow up JM. 👍
The Outer Limits > The Twilight Zone
I had a friend in junior high that made an attachment out of a toilet paper tube he put on the vacuum cleaner. He put his penis in it for sexual pleasure. His mom was happy he was always vacuuming his room, until she found out what he was really doing!
Did you ever see.the "purple people eater" game/toy. took me years to figure out the name of it. Weird toy i had as a kid. (waddintons)
Right hand boob.
The B&W Outer Limits sucked. But, the color version/reboot in 80's was way better than Color Twilight Zone. But classic Twilight Zone was far superior than all of them.
I had town dump! Lol! I forgot all about that game! I actually had a blast as a little kid playing it. Pushing crap out of the dump.
I own a vintage Toss Across bean bag tic tack toe corn hole type game. Best part of that game is the box art! Father is smoking a pipe! Wearing a red vest with black tie. A true gentleman
No Pie in Face?
