You convinced me to try Long Shot at two players. We had a blast playing it last night. Thanks!
such great lists many great ideas so thank you
if you really like king is dead at 2 player.i highly recommend a game called the cousins war.really underated gem.its like king is dead mixed with bluffing and liars dice.1st pocket size version is out of print sadly but the 2st should be it stores. also i would still buy curious cargo with pipeline. wayt o support good designed games. good vid btw.
Great video as always, thank you. I haven't tried any roll and writes but you're persuading me. I do agree The King is Dead is brilliant – and I love the way you're not even a faction, you're just sucking up to a faction, same as in Pax Pamir 2nd ed., which I also like at 2 players.
Love the interspersed shots of games in action during the discussion! Thanks for sharing the list!
I can't recall if Furnace has made it to any of your previous lists, but I've quite enjoyed it at 2. It does require a dice-driven bot to jam up the bidding, but the overhead of that is low, and it makes the bidding work at 2
thank you for the list
I second the King is Dead. Fantastic at two-players.
This is a really good series. By now you guys are pros at learning, playing and discussing games. And you play a lot. What do you think about the whole experience now a couple years in?
