23:12 Wrap-up
Abomination: Heir of frankenstein is always a go to! The solo play was released a couple weeks ago and it hold up
Love to see the Brothers Murph, but wait – OTHER siblings? There are more brothers / sisters?!
Added Dune imperium and Ark Nova to my need to get absolutely list. There might also be other games that will add up later, but first I'll be focusing on these two.
I was able to get a used copy of Gem Rush 2nd Edition, and that was probably my fave game play this month. I was worried after the months I'd wanted to play it that it might not live up to expectations, but it was actually great. Hub & I really enjoyed it…..I'm happy for a BGG app! Also, it's a promising sign that Ark Nova has so many plays already when, like you say, many people don't have it. I try not to think about it too much because I have no idea when my preordered copy will arrive and it will take even longer if I keep wondering. XD
I just got Isle of Skye yesterday. First game tonight. Didnt go as well as I'd hoped but lots of fun and definitely will look at different strategy to try to do better.
Nice episode! My most played game was dead reckoning and dungeon of infinity. Love both of them
I single handedly contributed a significant amount of those Azul plays… thanks BGA 🙂
Two dudes with a strange taste in games.
I finally played Whirling Witchcraft and played 6 times this month! Such a great light game
Okay first of all, you're right– the new BGG app is so fire. Second thing: Are you saying that you can integrate your BGA plays into the BGG count? How do I do that?
Personally I liked the background music.
I've had the BGG iOS app for a while now… I even paid to remove the very annoying ads. Unfortunately, the thing is a buggy mess that won't even connect with the BGG servers most of the time. I use another 3rd party board game app that links into the BGG servers no problem. I'm not sure why this was news because I've had this app for several months now… maybe an April fools day joke?
Great episode! But that background music is very distracting while listening to you guys speak.
Got my ever play of Agricola last month and I really enjoyed it. Long Shot: The Dice Game was my most played at 9.
Dune got the most plays for me at 12. New game for me last month. April gets some turns on Tiny Epic Dungeons and Spirit Island. And it does not disappoint. Thanks for the rundown, guys.
Yay Creature Comforts! Just go my KS version and it’s been fantastic and great for the whole family!
You are really gorgeous, guys !!!
